Narrogin Hay is the production arm of Pentarch Farms who are responsible for the marketing of Narrogin output.
Formed in 2003 to supply product for export, Narrogin Hay is a joint venture between Pentarch Farms and Wilson Stockfeeds (Tocumwal) Pty Ltd, a long established fodder export company operating out of Tocumwal in southern NSW. Wilson Stockfeeds are farming producers with extensive experience in agriculture and the production and export of specialised animal fodders.
The plant consists of state of the art processing equipment designed and built in Australia to accommodate a variety of materials and to produce a first class finished product to meet their customers needs
Narrogin Hay is situated in the town of Narrogin 190 Kms east of Perth in the highly productive wheat belt area of Western Australia. It has good road access to regional growers and the export port of Fremantle.
Western Australia is the predominant winter crop growing area for Australia and produces one third of Australia's cereal crop.
The township of Narrogin was gazetted in 1906, its influence as a regional centre can be traced to the construction of the Great Southern Railway in the late 1880's.
Today, there are a number of niche industries operating in and around Narrogin, not the least of which is Narrogin Hay.
